Our Returns Policy

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and original packaging. No Boys Allowed will not accept any returned merchandise without prior communication. The return address is on the shipping label top left. Please include a proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation. When we have received, inspected and approved your return, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply. All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
