Return Policy

Returns or exchanges may be done within 8 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Upon inspection and approval, exchange or store credit will be provided, No Cash Refunds. All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. Without a valid receipt we are unable to accept the return. We provide a receipt via email or printed.

 

Complaints

You have the right to file a complaint against manufacturing defects for 3 months after purchase. However, it is not always easy to determine what is a manufacturing defect and what is wear and tear. We need to see your merchandise in order to determine whether there is a complaint or not. In case of a valid complaint, we will exchange it for the exact same product, if we have it in stock. If unavailable, you can choose any other product in store for the same amount, otherwise we offer Store Credit. Proof of purchase is required in order to be allegeable for exchange or store credit.
